A fondant shark for the birthday boy who loves sharks! I modelled it by hand in white then painted it with edible colour. The teeth were made by cutting very small wafer paper strips and adding them to the upper and lower jaws.

A very special birthday cake with all the birthday girl’s favourite things such as Death in Paradise, Gemporia, Gardening, playing cards and Mamma Mia. Really pleased with how this turned out as I used the colours of Mamma Mia to tie it all together 💙🩷
