Elf treatboxes are now available to order, they’ll come with a vanilla biscuit iced with either “I’m back” or “hello”, for those who haven’t elfed before, one cupcake, a chocolate cakesicle, a hot chocolate stirrer, a giant chocolate coin and a variety of little treats!

They are, as always, customisable, so please do drop me a message if you’d like something different 😊

Hi guys! It’s been a while 😅 it’s been a busy few months for me so my socials have been a bit neglected, sorry!
I’m still here though, baking away! I’ve got so many pictures to share so I’ll try and get some posted, so if you see me, please just pop a comment or just like the photo, Instagram is going to HATE me after such a long time away 😅
ANYWAY.
Here’s the cake I made for my daughters 4th birthday a few weeks ago, the only thing she asked for for her birthday was a Paw Patrol cake and when she saw it for the first time she squealed “it’s AMAZING” at a pitch so high even dogs could understand her 😂

Just gonna leave this here 😉
After a conversation with a customer this morning who had no idea that I make these, I realised I’d never posted a picture of them!
So here we are, my loaded brownies, which can be made either as a number or just a whole slab, loaded with a chocolate fudge topping (swipe to see how thiccccc it is 🤤) and your choice of chocolates or decorations. This one was for a Freddo loving girly who wanted just Freddos and rainbow sprinkles, look how cute it is!!

I’ve been wanting to try one of these chocolate log effect cakes for a while, and our annual family get together, Leggfest, felt like the perfect opportunity!
My Nandad was a legendary scout leader, so Leggfest is a camp out honouring him, and what better cake to make than chocolate fudge, with a homemade marshmallow fluff filling, rich chocolate buttercream and a little orange campfire on top?
Finished off with the cutest little handmade bunting and here we have it, the s’mores campfire cake! 😍

Look who passed their inspection! 🥳
I actually had it back in June but the hygiene ratings website takes sooooo long to update 😅
It was terrifying, I won’t lie, but it’s done, and I’m beyond proud of how far BB has come.
As a fully insured and registered baker, this means that when you place an order with me, you can rest assured that all safety and hygiene procedures are being followed for the best quality cakes and treats! 🤗

My boyfriend always asks for carrot cake for his birthday, which I’m sorry, I love it, but I hate making it 😅 this year I had a full schedule of customer orders and asked him if he’d choose something simpler…he chose cherry bakewell cake.
At 1am I decided that it’s definitely not a simple option 😅
However I’d make it again in a heartbeat because it was SO. GOOD.
Four layers of the moistest almond flavour sponge packed with glacé cherries, filled with cherry jam and almond buttercream, and topped with more glacé and fresh cherries, cherry Bakewell tarts, (I was up until 3.30am making the cake, I was NOT about to make the tarts as well 😂) and paddle topper by

I didn’t get a chance to take pictures of many of the teacher gift boxes this year (😭) but I did manage to snap some of these sharing traybakes for my daughters preschool teachers 😊 Biscoff Rocky road with a layer of white chocolate and biscoff topping, and chocolate brownie topped with a thick layer of fudgy chocolate and m&ms, both finished with hand painted and personalised fondant discs made from stamps by 😍
Those ladies deserve a medal for the job they do, but in the meantime, I hope cake is ok 😊

Just came across the pictures of this cake I made a little while ago and forgot to post!
Such a cute cake four layers of vanilla sponge with a strawberry jam filling, finished off with the amazing topper and charms from .littleredbird 😍
Hope everyone is ok in the heat, yesterday was INSANE here, my kitchen was 39°! 🥵
Thank god it’s cooler today, I’ve got a heavy few days coming up cakewise and the last thing I need is a kitchen hotter than the devils bumcrack 😂
Today is also the last day to order teacher gifts, so please check out my highlights for what I’ve got on offer, I’ll post in my stories again as well 😊

So these were fun 😅 making chocolate treatboxes in 33° heat was one thing but seeing the photos of everyone else enjoying the sunshine was the real kicker 😂
I didn’t get any pictures of all of the boxes together, as soon as they were finished they were going out the door as it was just too hot to store them all, so here’s one I managed to get a quick photo of 😊
