This week’s cupboard bakes:
Sandwich week… but no crusts involved!

-Brownie sandwiches-£1.50 each. 2 brownie circles sandwiched between white chocolate ganache!

-Rhubarb sandwich biscuits- £1.50
2 shortbread biscuits with a rhubarb icing!
(2 in a pack) if you can eat these without making a mess you need a round of applause 👏

It’s another hot one so the ice packs will be out and changed regularly! 🧊

There will be no baking in the cupboard for the next 2 weeks due to a school trip to Nepal 🇳🇵back open on the 1st August!

This week’s cupboard bakes:
-Classic Bakewell tart- £2.20 a slice

-Mint chocolate brownies- I’m clearly end of term tired and will hold my hands up to poor portion control and cutting last night- I’ve individually priced them as they are different sizes!

-Rhubarb scones, freshly baked this morning! £2 each. They are currently cooling and will be in the cupboard at approximately 9am! They have a hint of lemon and vanilla too!

Another community donation this weekend! A full chocolate cake headed to the Thirsk Young Farmers charity auction this afternoon! It’s lot 48! Hopefully will go towards raising a great amount of money for such a worthy cause of Parkinson’s UK

This weekend I have completely changed what I had planned due to the heat and had to think of things that won’t melt in the cupboard! Hope everyone has survived the heat wave this week! ☀️

This week’s cupboard bakes:
White chocolate and raspberry flapjack bar-£2.50 each
It’s hard to describe… it’s a flapjack/shortbread combination with raspberry and white chocolate thrown in (I mean delicately placed!) These are very much Charlotte sized portions and could be shared.

Rhubarb buns with a glaze icing (home grown Rhubarb from the garden, no food miles here!)- 2 in a tin for £1.80

Ice packs at the ready!!
