A beautiful three-tier wedding cake created for a truly special countryside celebration.

Set beneath the dreamy draping of a marquee on the family farm, this elegant cake was finished with delicate piped texture, tiny pearls, fresh ivory roses and gypsophila, and the most gorgeous personalised gold topper.

And what could be more perfect than having the village church just a short walk away — church ceremony, then back to the family farm to celebrate with loved ones. 🤍🌿

I absolutely loved creating this timeless, romantic design, which fitted perfectly with the beautiful white, ivory and fresh green wedding flowers and relaxed country setting.

I thought it was about time I properly reintroduced myself on here!

I’m Lindsay, the cake maker, designer, baker, decorator, tea drinker and general cake-obsessed human behind Fairy Cakes & Co.

I create bespoke wedding cakes and celebration cakes from my little cake studio here in North Yorkshire — from elegant, classic wedding cakes covered in delicate florals, to fun and completely personalised celebration cakes.

I love creating cakes that are not only beautiful, but taste absolutely delicious too!
Quality ingredients, attention to detail and a little bit of Fairy Cakes magic go into every single one.

A very special wedding cake!

A beautiful two-tier elegant ivory wedding cake, finished with a softly textured white chocolate ganache coating and delicate pearl, finished with a beautiful silk soft blue ribbon and delicate delicate blush, peach, ivory and lilac flowers adds a romantic, feminine touch.

This one was a little bit more special than usual because I had the absolute pleasure of making the wedding cake for my beautiful goddaughter Kia and her new husband Josh

There’s something incredibly special about making a wedding cake for someone who has been part of your life for so many years — and even more special when you get to see them become a beautiful bride.

I poured so much love into every little detail, and it was such an honour to play a small part in such a huge and precious day.

Wild, romantic & beautifully rustic

A statement wedding cake with a little bit of woodland magic 🤍

Four tiers of smooth white Belgian chocolate ganache, finished with delicate dried flowers, rich burgundy roses, soft lilacs and creamy blooms, all wrapped with natural twigs for that beautifully organic, boho feel.

I love how the flowers and twigs wind their way around each tier, creating movement and texture while keeping the cake effortlessly elegant

A perfect choice for couples wanting something natural, romantic and a little bit different.

Congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Smith who celebrated their wedding at Danby Castle

Classic, elegant and effortlessly romantic

Three tiers of deliciousness, each with its own flavour:
🍋 Top: Lemon & Elderflower
🌸 Middle: Almond & Cherry Bakewell
🤍Bottom : Classic Victoria Sponge

Finished with delicate fresh florals in soft blush, ivory and buttery yellow, and topped with a bespoke gold Mr & Mrs Smith topper.

And I absolutely love the little Cake Flavours sign — because choosing your cake flavours is almost as exciting as choosing the design!
