Flour might be one of the simplest ingredients in a loaf, but where it comes from matters to us.

That's why we're proud to use flour from , a family-run farm in Norfolk that grows and mills its own flour locally.

We take care in sourcing the best local ingredients we can, so being able to work with another independent family business from our part of the world feels like a natural fit.

Grown locally. Milled locally. Baked by us in Beccles. 🍞

One last taste of summer ☀️🧺We're making the most of these last summer weekends, and we think freshly baked treats make everything better.

Heading out for a walk, picnic or day by the river? Pop into the bakery and pick up something freshly baked to take with you.

A loaf for lunch, a coffee for the journey… or a sweet treat that wasn't technically meant to be eaten before you got there. 👀

Ever wondered why we're called Pinetree Bakery? 🌲The answer is very close to home, literally!

Our name comes from the pine tree growing in our garden, where part of our bakery story began.

When creating our logo, we wanted it to represent both sides of Pinetree Bakery. Look closely, and you'll see inspiration from the shape of pine needles and wheat, bringing together our roots and our love of baking. 🌾

From selling bakes at home to opening our shop in Beccles, that little pine tree has been there from the beginning.

BIG NEWS: We’re making your Mondays a whole lot sweeter! 🥐☕

You asked, and we listened. Starting this week, we are officially extending our opening hours to include Mondays! That’s right—no more waiting until Tuesday to get your sourdough fix or that morning pastry you’ve been dreaming about all weekend.

Whether you need a caffeine kickstart to the work week or a fresh loaf for Monday night dinner, we’ve got you covered.

New Opening Hours:
• Monday – Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed (Resting the ovens! They need a break and so do we!)

Why the change?
Because Monday is hard enough, and we think it deserves more of our cinnamon buns. Come say hi and help us kick off our first Monday in style!
