📣 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 📣
As some of you know, before having my baby in January this year I had also just completed the first year of my midwifery degree.
Whilst studying and on placement, I continued to keep the bakery open. When I fell pregnant I continued to work through the first and second lockdowns on the ward, and I considered closing the bakery for a while but I just couldn’t as I enjoy it so much. So I juggled all of it and have continued with the bakery now that I’m on maternity leave.
Now, my maternity leave will be soon coming to an end and I have sat and pondered whether it will be feasible for me to continue. Sadly, with me about to enter the most physically/emotionally demanding year of the course it just won’t be possible to carry on without burning myself out. I would absolutely love to, as the bakery is my baby and I still get so excited with every single order placed, so this decision has not been taken lightly.
I will be honouring all orders with deposits paid for next year.
If you have previously messaged me to book in and need to pay a deposit, or would like to place an order any time from NOW until JANUARY, please message me ASAP to get your order locked in my diary as it is not secure until a deposit is paid-please be aware that I am almost fully booked up until the end of October with some dates still pending. I have some availability dotted around in September and October so it’s possible I can fit you in, but I am expecting the remaining dates to be snapped up quickly so please don’t hesitate to message me and get booked in.
I will also be bringing the mixed boxes back for a limited period before the bakery closes in January.
