Heyyy all,
So Ive experienced a situation that was both disheartening and costly for myself. Through no fault of my own - but lesson learned on not taking a deposit …
A custom cake order was refused upon completion, despite being made to the agreed design, flavour, and specifications.
Situations like this not only leave me out of pocket, but also take a huge knock to my confidence as a small hobby baker, who pours time, skill, and love into every single order😮‍💨!

This is just a gentle reminder of how important it is to be clear and detailed when discussing your cake design - from colours, themes, to wording and any reference images you may have seen.
But Please please please, make it be known I will never copy another bakers design, cause we just don’t do that.
It’ll be along similar lines, with my own creative spin - Because that’s my job at the end of the day🤷🏽‍♀️
I’m always more than happy to go over every detail (numerous times) to make sure we’re on the same page before any baking or decorating begins.

Your support means the world, and I want every cake that leaves my kitchen to be enjoyed and appreciated🙏🏼.
