The sun’s out, so we’re bringing out our sunniest cake! ☀️ Our Whole Orange, Lemon & Apricot Round🍊🍋

Developed almost 2 years ago, with the intention to not waste any part of the citrus fruits in it, this cake features whole Valencia oranges and a lemon & apricot marmalade (pips and all!)

Our aim is to always keep our cakes moist and delicious and developed without relying on too much sugar to be a preservative of this!

So enjoy a slice of our sunshine cake! 🍰✨
