It's Monday and I normally don't like then because it's like starting school all over again in our house 😂 and organising 6 of us - is not easy!
But today I am very happy - kids holidays - so I can just let them sleep, and while they are sleeping I can add finishing touches to my new life changing project. It's not related to cakes ( unfortunately) but I want to bake to celebrate 🙂
What should I bake? This coming Friday afternoon or Saturday morning delivery?
And to give you a clue about my new journey - I am going to donate to a project who supports women in Africa learning bookkeeping skills ...

Good morning all
Wow what a fantastic community we have . If you remember my post from last week I said I will do some simple baking and because it makes me smile - in return I would donate money for a charity to support kids in Tanzania. I was going to donate 1 weeks worth of fresh water for each bag of biscuits sold.
Thank you so much for your support! Each of you should be so proud and smile today becaus - together we provided 64 weeks of fresh water for the kids and because everyone was so supportive I decided to get a filter too. So that's another 3 years of water at a local school.
I am so happy and grateful to you all

We where so lucky yesterday to find a lovely 'random acts of crochet kindness' - it made us all smile - thank you!
And in return I would like to do the same. Baking makes my life sweet - I want to share it with others 😊
For Mother's Day next weekend I will be baking biscuits: oat, shortbread, peanut butter and chocolate. 5 biscuits in the bag - £4.
For each bag of biscuits sold I will donate 1 week of safe filtered water for a child in Tanzania.
I get to enjoy baking, you get tasty biscuits and together we have made a big difference!!!

Is it me, or it feels like New Year's Eve? Sun is shining, kids going back to school soon, we will be able to see people ... I feel like I need to think about the last year, pick out the best bits ( I am sure we can all find positive things that happened last year 🙂) and start looking forward to a new one!
