🧁 Well… my day is not going very well! 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

First, after waiting so long for my Wing Walk tomorrow, it’s been cancelled due to the weather! Typical when the weather has been lovely for ages! 🤦🏼‍♀️😔

It’s now been rescheduled for the end of September, so fingers crossed for sunshine and warmer weather this time! 🤞🏼☀️

Then, I’ve been baking my chocolate cupcakes today and this happened… 😩😂 Every single one sank in the middle! 🧁⬇️

I’m guessing I may have added too much caster sugar 🤦🏼‍♀️ Either that, or there’s been a major measuring mishap somewhere along the way! 😂 Who knows at this point! 🤣

BUT… round two was a success! 🙌🏼🧁 I rebaked the chocolate cupcakes and they came out perfect! At least something has gone right today! 😂

Even after 16 years of baking, things can still go very wrong! 🧁❤️
