I loved making this cake for Ollie’s 2nd Birthday.

Chocolate sponge cake with chocolate buttercream covered in extra chocolate sponge to look like soil.

Now Xmas is over I can share my recent bake made for a very special lady.

Chocolate fudge cake with baileys buttercream, chocolate ganache & sprinkled Oreos, topped with vanilla sponge dinosaurs and plenty of edible glitter!
