Yesterday we had the pleasure of making Phil Farr & Tracey Shaw Wedding Celebration Cake.

2 tiers, top tier, 4 layers of Vanilla Cake filled with White Chocolate Buttercream wrapped in White Chocolate Ganache, base tier 4 layers of Jack Daniels Cake with Jack Daniels Buttercream, wrapped in White Chocolate Ganache covered with Couture Fondant, marbled with grey food gel, with Sugarflair Colours LTD Gold Leaf, lustre & Squires Kitchen Gold Flakes, modelling paste flowers & leaves. Finished with toppers from Phil's small business ForgeForm 3D Printing & Design
