A lovely cake decorating demonstration for the ladies of Croyde and Georgeham Women’s Institute 💕🥰

Thank you so much for having me! It was lovely chatting with you all and hearing about the different cakes you’ve made over the years 🍰🤍

I packed as many techniques as I could into our 45 minutes together, sharing the tips and tricks I’ve learnt throughout my 10 years of making cakes.

I think the biggest surprise was that, after making over 900 wedding cakes, I’ve never once been asked to make a fruit cake… even though I absolutely love one! 😂🍰

Thank you for making me feel so welcome 💕
