The shop is now empty and the keys have been handed back, marking the end of Joanna Rose Cakes.
Thank you again to all my customers, shop neighbours and lovely people that I’ve met along the way. You’ve made it all worth it and I’m going to miss you all so much - although I’m too excited for my new job to be sad!
Time for a well deserved rest before the next chapter begins.

Demo cake up for grabs! This 7” vanilla sponge will be made tomorrow as part of the Basic Techniques class. Only £25 (normally £60+). I can do it in any colours if you let me know by 11am tomorrow. Ready to collect at about 5.30pm. Comment/message if you’d like it x

Truffles are all made!
I've not made as many as last year so that I don't end up with any left over since I'm leaving after January - but that means you'd better be quick if you want some!

Look at these Christmas cuties!
I have a selection of chocolates on the shelf already, but I'm still in the process of making truffles (as they need to be made fresh for Christmas)

As I'll be leaving in the new year, I'm not making as much as last year, so make sure you don't leave it too late for your chocolatey needs!

Grab a bargain!
I have a load of cutters, tools, silicone lace mats, colours and more that I bought as retail stock for my old shop and hadn't sold when I moved to Silkstone. So for two years it has all sat in a box doing nothing as I never got round to sorting it! But as I'm closing the business I need to get rid of it all, so I have reduced everything to much less than originally bought so at least someone can make use of what's there and I don't end up throwing anything away.
Everything that was under £5 - now £1.50, under £15 - now £2.50, £15+ - £5
