Gluten free treats by me home made gluten free sweets, treats, based in Bangor Co. Hello everyone, my name is Judit, let me introduce my small business to you all.

I make gluten free sweets and treats. I am based in the heart of Bangor, Co down, where your order can be collected at previously discussed time. As a coliac person (I have been diagnosed lots of years ago)I was struggling to switch onto gluten free diet at the beginning. I found myself lost in the new world of ingredients, felt down of missing all my favourite dishes and desserts. However I have

tried many different kind and made of cookies, traybakes and cakes from different shops, none of them seemed capable to beat the texture, taste and joy of homemade sweeties. Long story short; I have found the happiness and satisfaction in home baking, it became my number one hobby plus I always have my favourites close to hand – after dinner, beside my tea or even on the go. So, here came the time to share my experience/knowledge and passion of gluten free baking, try and help my fellow coeliacs, peoples with allergy, intolerance or any other digestive disease to get trough your hard times at the start of your new lifestyle, let those enjoy the gluten free treats, cakes and sweeties who are already on the road (just like myself) and also introduce to anyone who would be interested in something new.
