Well, what can we say? It's been one of those weeks where we were already sold out of ALL flavours WAY ahead of our order deadline of 5pm yesterday. If you're one of those people who missed out this week, then why not secure your delivery for next week - and the weeks ahead - by committing to a weekly or fortnightly top-up of supplies. That way all YOU'LL have to do is sit back & wait for your delivery on a Friday, and WE'LL take care of the rest.

Take this as your early morning reminder to get your Kombucha order in for this Friday! We’re currently loving the Berry ❤️🍓❤️ How about you?

If you’ve left over baby boils with skin on (even better if they’re homegrown like ours) and you’re not sure what to do with them, then this is your sign to mash them, mix them with a couple of eggs, season them, mould them into ‘patties’, and then fry them
~
All the good stuff on the table: probiotics, prebiotic fibre, protein, healthy fats, resistant starch.
