Cottown Cookies bake Chocolate, Coffee & Vanilla Cakes fresh every week and are nicely decorated with Butter Icing. We can also make Orange and Butterscotch Cakes. We have a very special recipe that we found in Nanny Emerson's recipe book.Its a Butterscotch Cake with coconut through it and iced with Coffee icing and covered in toasted coconut. It's Yummy-will have to make one soon to let all the staff try it.

Tonight we had a fabulous fireworks display in Bangor to celebrate switching on the Christmas Lights it lasted for ages.
