We're delighted to be working with Kilted Chef Craig at the Scottish Traditional Boat Festival again this year. Join us in the demonstration area at the Food and Drink Zone on Sunday afternoon at 1.15pm, when Craig will be making two recipes that he has created for the festival:
- Aberdeen Angus smash burgers with sunflower seed, oat and chilli flatbreads 🍔
- Honey, oat and chia seed summer berry chantilly scones 🍓
Across the weekend you'll also be able to enjoy demos from Garioch Community Kitchen, the Doric Kitchen, Buckie Lobster Company, Glenglassaugh, Loch Ness Honey Company and many more wonderful local producers.
We're really looking forward to being one of the local producers offering a wide variety of delicious food, drink and artisan products to sample and purchase.

We'll also have a prize draw with a Hamlyns Perfect Porridge Pack up for grabs on each day of the show.
