I was asked for a coffee and walnut cake. Had to have lots of coffee flavour and walnuts. However she didn't want buttercream as it can be too sweet so I made a cream cheese frosting, with plenty of coffee flavour. Once again as per the brief lots of nuts to finish off. It's truly an amazing smelling cake 🥰

Vanilla sponge with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream. Covered the cake with black sugarpaste and decorated as a rubik cube theme.

With the festive season not far away, and you would like a bespoke Christmas cake please get in touch. I have limited availability. If you would like a rich fruit cake, then please let me know ASAP. I have already begun making these to allow them to mature in time.

If you'd prefer a sponge cake this is also possible but need to get the order in my books soon to avoid disappointment 😊
