Lovely surprise for a big birthday! Was asked for gluten-free puddings and a gluten-free cake.

For the desserts I made a white chocolate and passionfruit cheese cake., using gluten-free oat biscuits for the base. Plus a gluten-free sticky toffee pudding.

The cake is lemon sponge, with a homemade raspberry curd filling and a vanilla buttercream. Covered with sugarpaste and a floral design.
