Why have 1 cake when you can have 2?

These Star Wars cakes were for Birthday Boy Noah’s 6th Birthday a few weekends ago.
He had one Chocolate Cake, which was 3 chocolate sponges sandwiches with Vanilla Buttercream and Chocolate Ganache and the second cake was Lemon sponge, filled with Lemon curd and vanilla buttercream.
