A question for you all…
The coffees seem to have tailed off quite a bit in the last few weeks, do you still want to see them in the shed or would you rather there were chilled juices? (Maybe you just want to make more room for more cake!)

fans Evening, I know it’s a bit late but a wee quick update…the cake shed will remain closed until Friday (for now) there’s a lot still to be done and even more cleaning up to do. I really wouldn’t want anyone coming into the property when there’s tools, scaffolding batons piled up, nails all over the drive and general rubbish everywhere…it’s not only unsightly but it’s driving me insane (don’t get me started) 🥴

Hi fans, whilst I may be home, I’m not officially back to work until Wednesday. That said, we have electrical issues and the builders are no way near finished so I’ve made the decision to keep the shed closed for the next few days. I don’t feel comfortable with you visiting a building site, men working on the roof and debris everywhere. I shall of course, keep you posted

fans…So after 5 years, my ever changing front door garland has come down 😩….i am not sure whether to leave it down and move it to the cake shed or do away with it entirely …decisions decisions

fans…Well it’s Friday…the scaffoldings still up, there’s half a roof, an absolute mess and one cakey owner who is glad for once that she’s shut the doors so nobody sees the carnage going on at cakey HQ. We will see how things are at the beginning of next week but it may be a case that the doors will need to remain closed until it is visually (and safe) for you all to come and grab your cakey fix.

Been thinking (dangerous, I know) and how about, instead of a giveaway, I do hidden freebie bakes? So those visiting the cake shed have the chance to pick up a free goodie which will be marked with a sticker on the bottom…can’t cheat by going through them all to find it..I’ll see you on the cameras and disqualify you 🤭🤣🤣🤣
