Happy Friday everyone….after yesterdays thunder and lightening it’s safe to say the cake shed didn’t get its makeover so…the cake shed will be open from 2.30 today with a partial restock and full restock tomorrow morning x

Thank you so much to the ladies of Balmullo SWI for inviting me along to do a talk on “the cake house”. What a lovely evening. Everyone got to decorate their own cupcakes to take home and enjoy and these very creative masterpieces done by a very talented young lady 10/10

Did ya miss me? I bet you didn’t. I’m back though and tomorrow the cake shed will be closed to allow a clean down and hopefully a lick of pain (pray to the sunshiney gods that the rain stays away) Friday will see a fresh restock with strawberry tarts and cheesecakes on the menu

Cake shed open all weekend 10am-9pm

After laying my wee maw to rest this week, I am taking a few days off completely, no baking, no phone calls and no messages….littlest bakers are in charge though but if stocks run out then there will be no restock until next week..I will of course keep you posted

…as well as this monster, not- for-the-faint-hearted. Shortbread base, jam, marshmallow, caramel and chocolate…an oops creation with a taste explosion with every bite
