Twenty-one years ago, two foreigners arrived from Poland with almost nothing.

A simple bag without wheels, hanging from a strap.
Inside — only the essentials… and a few packs of instant soup.

They slept in sleeping bags.
They started from the ground, working for local people — giving not just their time, but their heart, their intelligence, their skills.
They learned fast. They listened. They grew.

And slowly, something beautiful happened.

Years later, they began giving back —
sharing the most precious pieces of who they are:
flavors, recipes, memories from their childhood…
even though this was not the place they were born.

But it became the place where they learned to love.
To respect.
To belong.

This is more than a story of work.
It’s a story of roots growing where they were never planted.

Our doors have closed.

Thank you to everyone who visited us on April 4th — and to all of you who supported us for more than 7 years. It truly meant everything to us.

We are now selling everything that remains: bakery goods, boxes, foils, and more.

We need the Ballymena business community to step forward and help — whether by purchasing stock, spreading the word, or supporting us in any way possible.
