We’ve recently welcomed some lovely white hens to the McWhirter gang, and they’ve now started laying 🎉

That means you might spot a white egg in your box from time to time. But don’t worry, white eggs are just as fresh, tasty, and nutritious as our brown ones, straight from our happy hens 🐔🤍

We’re happy to say that our lovely ladies have found their rhythm again, and the honesty box is now well stocked with fresh eggs! After their slower autumn spell, the hens are back to laying more consistently as they settle into the season.

If you’re passing by Altmore Street, feel free to stop and pick up a box! Your support means so much to us. We really appreciate it, especially through the ups and downs of the year. 💛🐓✨

🍂🐔 Autumn at Cluckingham Palace 🐔🍂

Our lovely hens are making the most of these autumn afternoons, scratching through the leaves, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying a special seasonal treat… pumpkins! 🎃 They absolutely love them, and it’s a great natural boost for them this time of year!

You may notice there aren’t quite as many eggs in the honesty box at the moment. As the days get shorter and the daylight hours change, our girls naturally slow down their laying. They’re simply adjusting to the season.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support, we’re sure the egg baskets will fill up again once the hens get back into their rhythm. 🧡🐓✨
