Where It All Began

It all started as a childhood hobby and nickname.

I have always had a passion for baking since I was very young joining my mum in the kitchen. At the age of 15, friends and family started asking to buy my cakes, at this point I realised I wanted to spend everyday baking for a living. After leaving school I spent 3 years training at Westminster Kingsway College and achieving my diploma in Hospitality and Culinary Arts. Once I finished my training, I moved to Tenterden, Kent and I now put that same passion towards developing new recipes and sweet creations, bringing the best quality of home baked goods to you.
