A brilliant opportunity to meet everyone from catering assistants and head chefs to the culinary leads and senior food team.
Hearing about their work around sustainability, food waste and supporting local suppliers, it was hard not to see the alignment with what we’re building at The Rebel Baker.
Lots of good conversations, plenty of inspiration and a reminder that the future of foodservice is about much more than what’s on the plate.
