I hope you're all keeping well? After my scone baking break and fixing up our house, I have re-opened my little home bakery. Scones are available, as well as some traditional homemade cakes and bakes. Vanilla sprinkle, lemon drizzle and brownies to name a few.

Mother's Day cakes and scones available to order until Tuesday 10th March.

Today I've successfully updated my food safety certification. Always good to update this annually, as legislation and guidelines can change.

The All Scone premises are council registered, and insured.
When ordering food/takeaways it's so important to check these and if you can also check Scores on the doors.

It was youngest mini Beales' birthday yesterday, today finished off this beast of a chocolate cake for her party tomorrow with the family.
There's no label so does not contain any calories yippee! 🥳

Chutney success! 🍅 ...with a Christmas twist!
First time making chutney and although it was a bit time consuming defo worth doing to preserve the homegrown toms.

Well that's what's left of my ripe tomatoes. The rest are sitting in salt overnight ready to be made into green tomato chutney for Christmas 🎄

It's been a bit of a rubbish growing season this year.
The courgettes failed to materialise, the green beans were blighted by black fly.
Few and far between with the cucumber crop.

Fingers crossed next summers weather is more settled.

If you're growing veg I've heard the frosts are coming so anything ready or nearly ready, definitely worth picking! 🥶

Evening all! I hope everyone has been keeping well?

I have some exciting news... after having a baking break and house move, I have now made the decision to re-open All Scone and all things cake!
I am hoping to open on the 2nd September just in time for some special autumnal goodies.

Well then… a little bit of experimenting this morning with sprinkles!

Now I’m not sure if I will be able to offer these to customers yet, awaiting confirmation from trading standards due to sprinkle restrictions. But I will keep you all posted with progress.
