Raspberry Ripple cake!

This was a 4 layer 8 inch raspberry ripple cake with vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve in-between the layers, and a rather patriotic decoration as requested by the customer 😁

I was waiting to start properly trading until my kitchen was inspected. This morning the council have been and I finished the inspection with a grade 5 which I am very happy about! so I will now start trading on a regular basis 🥰
