Our hot smoked salmon is "hot" in the temperature not spicy as sometimes it can get confused with. It is kiln roasted in the hot smoker and has a flaky texture compared to the cold smoked. Perfect with a salad or with couscous.

We have lots of different fresh fish in the counter this week and we will have plenty more next week for Easter along with our smoked produce.

Spring is here! The sun is shining and doors are wide open for the first time this year! It might even be warm enough for a coffee or a smokehouse platter lunch in the garden.
