A member of the Real Bread Campaign, I strongly believe everyone should have access to good quality bread, made without artificial additives, preservatives or improvers but rather with lots of time and care. I work from my own kitchen where I bake a range of breads, including sourdoughs made from wild yeast levains, as well as yeasted breads, sweet buns, scones and speciality breads. I use organic

flours milled in the UK, including wholemeal and rye flours from Golspie Mill in Sutherland in the North-East Highlands. Where possible, I try to source local and seasonal ingredients. Currently, I bake to order on Thursdays for collection in Aviemore. I also deliver bread to Dows and the Osprey Café in Boat of Garten on Thursdays, and on Fridays to Deli Mair in Aviemore and Elephants in the Pantry deli in Grantown-on-Spey.
