Love love this 50th birthday cake. Square and top forward cakes. Square was vanilla filled and covered with ganache. Top forward cake was cookies 'n' cream covered with ganache. And decorated with some stencilling and flowers. These dried flowers are actually quite lovely and keep really well as it's really well packaged and the packaging it comes in enables you to keep it really well for a long time not to even talk about how beautiful the flowers are.

Some days just brownies and ganache 😋 😋 😋. This was sent as a taster- ideal as wedding samples, gift/treat, afternoon tea, tea party etc. I'll be posting the mini cakes that went out alongside this brownie bites box. This is just right for some people like myself 😃 😀 😄 😁 🤣

Last pic for today 😃 😀 😄 75th birthday cake- bottom tier is Lemon Drizzle and top tier is Vanilla ❤ 😍 💖 . The story of this cake is quite interesting. On the day I was to decorate, my spraying tool worked for the first coating, then broke and my airbrush refused to work-- I almost cried 😄 🤣-- funny now but not on that day. So I ended up using my cake painting brush for the top tier and ganache with some gold lustre dust for the geometric design (instead of airbrushing the lustre dust unto the cake). I love how it turned out ❤ 😍 💖 beautifully captured.
