I can bake Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan cakes on request. Even though every effort is made to stop cross contamination, please note these will be baked in the same kitchen where cakes that contain Gluten, Wheat and Dairy are baked.

It's September next week which means we'll be getting ready for Audley Artisan Market at Audley Pensioners’ Village Hall
No matter what the weather brings I'm feeling Autumny 🍁🍂🍁.
It's time to start adding warm cosy flavours to my cake list.....Carrot/ginger/walnut cake,
Apple Crumble Pies
And a new Cinnamon Roll Scone cake recipe I'm dying to try out.

Had a lovely stay last night at Golden Sands, Rhyl.
Stopped at Dyserth Waterfall on the way home and after climbing over 100 steps we were ready for a picnic and an ice cream. It's just £1 to enter the waterfall.

Just had the best weekend 😃
An overnight stay with our good friends Jackie and Kev, then a day on a barge with there family.
It was so relaxing, chugging along at 4 miles per hr having time to chat and take in the veiw.

2 ingredient ice cream, yes its got fat, and its got sugar, but no nasty emulsifiers or palm oil.
I hate wasting food so thought I'd give it a go 😊
I had a carton of double cream left from last weeks Artisan when my cheesecakes pots didn't arrive on time.
So 300ml double cream and 175ml condensed milk. Whisk till its firm and then into a container, I had a few spoons of lemon curd in the bottom of a jar so I swirled that through (it's now a 3 ingredient ice cream). Into the freezer and it's done, no machine needed, it never sets solid, stays just the right consistency. Yes, we've tried it already😅
I nearly binned the bananas then thought what the heck, it only tates 10 minutes and I've got the ingredients so I whipped up 2 banana loaves, 1 plain and one with some chunked up chocolate and a few walnuts thrown on the top.
Hope this gives you all a bit of inspiration 😊
