I am a completely self taught cake baker/decorator, I have been baking since I was a child and developed a passion for it. I've been in catering around 10 years now and decided I'd had enough practice and that im ready to give it a go and create beautiful cakes for others to enjoy too. I have a 5 star food hygiene rating registered with the local food team at breckland council and bake from a pet and smoke free kitchen. I offer a wide variety of flavours and cater for all occasions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, corporate events, you name it I will bake a cake for it!

Thursday treat day! Pop along and grab yours, I’ve filled both sheds this week. I may do some cookies Friday/Saturday and some dipping pots and maybe more Bakewell if it goes. Next week I’m starting the Halloween themed bakes. 🎃

This is the shed today, not an awful lot but I’m now making cinnamon buns, Nutella buns and Biscoff buns plus cookies and other bits to fill it up. There’s a shelf with the cake slices, all still perfectly fine but I don’t want them going past their best so they are all £1 a slice. ゚
