I am a completely self taught cake baker/decorator, I have been baking since I was a child and developed a passion for it. I've been in catering around 10 years now and decided I'd had enough practice and that im ready to give it a go and create beautiful cakes for others to enjoy too. I have a 5 star food hygiene rating registered with the local food team at breckland council and bake from a pet

and smoke free kitchen. I offer a wide variety of flavours and cater for all occasions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, corporate events, you name it I will bake a cake for it!

Today in the treat shed we will have these delicious buns, raspberry and white chocolate, cinnamon and toffee apple cinnamon buns, we also have Brookies, brownies, cookie pie, smarties cookies, school cake and the cutest chocolate shortbread smileys. Shed opens at 10.30, I’ll be restocking through the day as it’s so hot out. If there’s something missing just knock as I’ll have more inside staying cool in the cakeroom.

Hi all, the treat shed will be stocked and open Saturday, Sunday and Monday this week. There are going to be some amazing treats again. Do we want cinnamon buns and toffee apple cinnamon buns again this week?
We’ve had a few people popping by midweek but unfortunately I can only open and stock the shed as and when I get enough time to bake everything. I’ll pop a post online every time it’s open so keep your eyes peeled. And a massive thank you to all that have visited and supported the shed so far 🥰🥰🥰
