IT MIGHT BE SUMMER BUT MY MIND'S ON CHRISTMAS!

I am now taking enquiries and advance orders for my vegan and gluten free Christmas cakes. Prices start from £30 upwards for a 6 inch cake, and it can be alcohol fed, organic, and/or iced (with marzipan, fondant icing, plain, or both!)

My other festive lines will also be available later on in the year.

KITCHEN IS OPEN ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY- GET YOUR ORDERS IN NOW!

I can only bake Monday and Tuesday this week due to the heatwave. I have orders for fruit cakes, rainbow cake, shortbread and coffee and walnut cake.

PINK PIG NOVELTY CAKE!

How cute is this? It's part of the new farm animal range I'm creating, so it matches the hen novelty cake I currently stock.

It's a 6 inch, vanilla sponge, with raspberry jam and buttercream, and novelty fondant decoration!

It is, as ever, fully vegan and gluten free.

NEW FARMYARD NOVELTY CAKE RANGE!

Is it any surprise, that my first novelty cake....features a hen? Isn't she gorgeous!!!!

It's a 6 inch vanilla sponge, all vegan and gluten free, with fondant decoration to make her look so cute!

STRAWBERRY FUDGE CAKE SALE!

I've overstocked on freeze dried strawberries, so these beautiful cakes are on sale down from £25 to....well make me an offer in the comments for a bake next week!

It's an 8 inch, 2 tier sponge, containing freeze dried strawberries, sandwiched and topped with strawberry flavour buttercream and lumps of luscious strawberry cream flavour fudge.

EXTRA LARGE, SHARING MILLIONAIRE'S SHORTBREAD!

It's so good, you just need to have the sharing size VEGAN AND GLUTEN FREE.....MILLIONAIRE'S SHORTBREAD!

This is 4 inches in diameter and an inch thick!! I think it could easily go into 4, even by my crazed portion size standard (though my dad, Andrew Whiteman would argue it's a single serving, surely, just to try it on....)

ROCKY ROAD TREE BARK!

The lovely Mark Gallagher wanted something to take to his friends at GADAB (a wonderful charity) for a quiz night, and it's no easy feat, feeding 30! We came up with a new invention; Rocky road chocolate tree bark!

This is a chocolate base, topped with marshmallows, digestive biscuits and glace cherries.

As always, vegan and gluten free, and delicious!
