Bright orange, pink and white was requested for Katie’s 20th birthday, so happy to see her beautiful smile this morning telling me they were just perfect for the family gathering this evening . Vanilla sponge, Cornish ice cream buttercream which smelt delicious. Happy birthday Katie xx 🎉🎉🎂

Absolutely loved doing this 3 tier wedding cake. Bottom and top tier was vanilla sponge with jam and Cornish ice cream buttercream, middle tier was lemon sponge with passion fruit curd and lemon buttercream. All 3 tiers had a white chocolate ganache around them before the fondant was applied due to the heat to keep stable.
Decoration was flowers to match the theme of the room and brides bouquet. 🩷🩷💐👰‍♀️

Had the greatest pleasure making these graduation cupcakes to celebrate Casey’s special day. Bachelor of law with honours. I am so proud of Casey, not only is she a kind, thoughtful gorgeous girl she is super clever as well. She’s a customer who is like an adopted daughter to me, my princess 🩷

Purple is my favourite colour so loved doing these cupcakes. The purple were Vanilla jam sponge with Cornish ice cream buttercream and the others were lemon sponge with lemon buttercream. The smell was amazing 😄🎂

Had the privilege of making this crazy frog cake and bridal vespa scooter cake for a wedding on Friday in Kent collected on Thursday. Needless to say the heat was a massive challenge, and even when collected to was starting to fail. So the cake was wrapped in cling film, put in a cool bag with 12 ice blocks wrapped in bubble wrap around it, put in the footwell of the car with air con at full blast and a blanket over to keep direct sunlight off. I was told it took 6 hours to get there 😱 but was ok and put in a fridge until the next day. As you can see from the pictures it made it and looked great with the ither sweet treats.
Sponge cake was lemon with a passion fruit curd and lemon buttercream and an additional white chocolate ganache around it for extra strength.
Huge congratulations to Amanda and Paul 🎉🎉🎉
