Scooter and basketball cake.

I love all the different designs you ask me to create - it certainly keeps me on my toes.

This was my rich chocolate cake for the main rectangle sponge and the ramp was Victoria which i hand carved to make the curve.

The birthday boys other love along with scooters and basketball is West Ham football club, so there is a West Ham shirt so all bases were covered.

VR (virtual reality) headset cake.

I’m surprised this theme hasn’t been requested before knowing how popular these headsets are now.

This one was based on the headset the birthday boy owns.

The headset was hand carved sponge cake and the controllers are rice crispy treats inside.

4 slices of caramel chocolate cake - a rich caramel sponge sandwiched with a layer of salted caramel sauce and chocolate buttercream and covered in chocolate buttercream too. Finished with lots of caramel curls.
£3 a slice

4 slices of GLUTEN FREE Victoria sponge - my tasty gluten free vanilla sponge sandwiched with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream and covered in vanilla buttercream too. Finished with freeze dried raspberries
£3 a slice.

As my family love cookies as much as me I thought it’s about time I made more flavours of my stuffed deep dish cookies.

Caramel - nothing beats this rich buttery caramel stuffed cookie

Marshmallow- a whole marshmallow encased in my yummy cookie

Cornflake caramel crunch - my new favourite. Loads of caramel cornflakes stuffed inside my cookie with even more caramel then added once baked.

My stuffed cookies are available order all year round. Other flavours are chocolate, Oreo, Biscoff, kinder, pistachio and white chocolate, honeycomb.
