A 30th birthday cake for Lauren’s special party!

3 layers of chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream filling and covered with ombré vanilla buttercream in colour scheme that matches Lilo & Stitch!

Along with the cake went 72 cupcakes - chocolate and chocolate buttercream swirls with sprinkles and edible images!

After a turbulent few weeks due to personal circumstances, I’m back and catching up - here comes cakes I’ve made recently!

A lovely 21st birthday cake (the one which ended up in disaster that I had to rescue at the party!) layers of chocolate cake with white chocolate buttercream decorated with edible silver leaf, white and silver sprinkles and lots of faux mini disco balls!

The cake had an incident and I went to rescue it for the birthday girls party and managed to make it presentable!

A cake disaster happened last night - a lovely 4 layered tall cake that was collected, met with an unfortunate end before the big party started!
Thankfully I was able to come to the rescue and get to the venue - strip the cake of buttercream, disassemble, reassemble and re cover with extra buttercream then redecorate. It was not perfect by any means but at least the birthday girl had a birthday cake for her big party!
