I have spaces on a bread making course on Saturday 22nd February.
On this 'Day of Breads' course you'll learn how to make all sorts of breads from sweet Baguette Viennoise (a treat for breakfast!) to a rustic Norwegian loaf, focaccia, walnut plait and granary rolls.
