What an amazing weekend..Byron Place Shopping Centre was busy for us and we did our first truckfest and it did not disappoint..almost sold out..not quite but almost….
It’s hard when you have to make your items that can’t just be boxed up for the next event, so figuring out how much stock to take is always hard…but we almost got it spot on..
Thank you to everyone who came and bought and also to the organisers who are all fab 😊

We are now ready for a new week, which I already know is gonna confuse us with days as we don’t normally trade on a Monday so I’m
Already thinking today is a Monday but well…so loads of trade orders to get made to go out…aswell as Byron Place Shopping Centre this Friday and this weekend we are at a new event for us..truckfest north east…

So we have learnt alot over the last 6yrs of trading... and as our customers know we always bake.more that we expect at events we return to week on week, year on year. This allows all customers to have a good range to choose from.

However....

Today totally cought us off guard and it was a
Complete sell out at South Shields….back to the bakery to bake for tomorrow….
