Just a fun little project I’ve been working on in the kitchen: Choux Swans. 🦢 They are just so cute!

​One is filled with an orange chantilly cream, and the other with a coffee chantilly cream. 😋🥰

We had the absolute pleasure of baking an order for a lovely customer visiting all the way from Canada. They even brought along a beautiful LCBO Vintages box with authentic Canadian ice wine to enjoy alongside a fresh batch of our signature Chouffins. 🧊🍷🧁
