Just finished my first Postbox Christmas cake orders, these are my favourite Christmas cakes to make. They are rich fruit cake , (the fruit has been soaked in brandy) covered in marzipan then fondant icing. They are £17 each, if you would like to order one or any of my Christmas cakes just message me and you can collect from me in Wye , my daughter in Ashford or pick up from any of the Christmas fairs I'm attending I will post these in the next few weeks.

🎅NEW CHRISTMAS CAKE DESIGN 🎅

Just look at the detail of this amazing homemade christmas cakes. It will make a fabulous centrepiece at Christmas.

The Christmas cake is a fruit cake soaked in brandy, covered in marzipan and icing. It measures 5 inches tall, 7 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep. Available to order for £19.

Orders are now being taken for December collection. Collection can be from Wye, Kent or from any of the fairs that we are attending.

I've been super busy this week baking!!!
We will be at two fairs this weekend Lady Joanna Thornhill school on Saturday 11th 10-2 and on Sunday we will be at Greatchart Big Lunch 11-2.30. Please come and visit it's looking to be hot hot hot ! so come early to bag yourself a tasty treat. I will be taking all my usual homemade bakes. Hope to see you there.Xx

Come and join us at Aldington School Summer Fete on Sunday 28th June. We will be bringing all your usual favourites 🤞. The weather is looking to be good and not too hot. So come and have some fun there is plenty to see and do and buy yourself a tasty treat or two you know you deserve it.
