We have gathered some amazing local stalls supporting small businesses alongside some amazing live music, creating the soundtrack for the day! We are supporting The Caldecott Foundation and their admirable work with young, disadvantaged children.

City break in London 💂

My daughter and I spent a couple of days in London staying overnight, with lots of sightseeing and a live concert 🧑‍🎤🎤

We have walked a fair few steps and I think I'm probably an inch shorter than before 😅

If you have messaged me about a cake, I will get back to you. For now, I'm resting my poor little feet in an ice bucket 🪣

What does a dictionary and a thesaurus have in common?

Cake of course 😄

Rod asked me to make his daughter's birthday cake with the theme of books, in particular a dictionary and a thesaurus 📚

The top book is vanilla, jam and butter. The book underneath is chocolate.

All hand decorated with fondant pencils and a rubber.

🍓 A Berry Delicious Birthday Cake! 🍓

There’s something so special about a simple, elegant cake — and this one was definitely a favourite of mine to make! 💕✨

A delicious vanilla sponge, filled with layers of vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, then covered in a dreamy fresh raspberry and vanilla buttercream. 🍰❤️

And because you can never have too many berries, it was finished with a generous topping of fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries. 🫐🍓

The combination of sweet vanilla and tangy raspberry is absolutely delicious — a match made in cake heaven! 😍

Finished with a touch of gold lettering to make it extra special for the birthday celebration. ✨

🏁 A cake for an F1 legend! 🏁

What an amazing cake to make, inspired by the iconic helmet of the legendary Ayrton Senna. 🏎️💨

This cake started as a delicious vanilla sponge filled with buttercream, before being carefully carved into shape, covered in fondant and hand-decorated to recreate Senna’s unmistakable helmet design. 💛💚💙

Ayrton Senna was one of Formula 1’s most famous and talented drivers, and it was a real pleasure to bring this iconic piece of F1 history to life in cake! 🏆

All handmade and edible, from the carving to the final details. ❤️
