It's about a time I properly introduce myself. Hiii😊 I am Diana & I am standing behind CakeBonkers world.

Welocme!

I am self-taught & baking has been a long passion of mine.

Baking was something I naturally picked up. When I was younger, I would always help out at my parent's restaurant in Poland and I mean always; after school, weekends, holidays and I loved it...

I believe that all food not only needs to taste delicious but also looks beautiful. Quality of produce is a key too. We use honest ingredients here.

I love making traditional polish cakes and also more modern baking i.e. pastries and entremets that look beautiful.

I have a background in the charity work/homelessness sector where I left my heart... well some of it😉

Got a degree in Criminology & Psychology...I know, very useful in baking, right😂 especially when I misplace flour, criminal investigation skills come in handy 🤭

Being creative and seeing people's reaction are probably the best parts of this job - it just warms my 💜

Had the pleasure to bake for my mum's birthday (no pressure 😉)
Vintage cake style: top tiered is ganache & bottom one is buttercream cake soaked with % 🤭
Also some almond cupcakes with sour cherries compote supplemented the evening 💕💕💕
