originally started making cakes for my children and soon found that I became hooked, everyone was impressed by my work and where asking me to make more and more to which I was only too happy to oblige.

Im going to close down the cake cupboard, thank you to everyone who has used it, but the reality is i end up throwing alot away.
It's not the ideal solution being in a hot box really, and there isn't an easy solution to keeping them at a steady temperature.
I'll be working on a way for you to still order cakes with maybe local collection or delivery 😀

And they're back! And with a lovely new addition, a white chocolate and raspberry flapjack, made with fresh raspberry and chunks of white chocolate in the flapjack, and a drizzle of white choc and freeze dried raspberries on top.

As featured on BBC drama "Am I being unreasonable"
It was filmed in the village of Wookey and at Wookey Hub who provided catering for the crew, and also stock a large variety of my cakes, well worth stopping in just for the coffee and the lovely people.
Please don't watch with children though, adult chit chat was happening!
