CLOSING DOWN NOTICE

With immediate effect I will be closing Chatterbox Parlour. I am doing this with regret but too many times I have been let down by customers (not always new). This has happened again this evening and it’s very upsetting that small businesses can be treated this way! I would like to thank each person who ordered from me over the past two years and especially a big thanks to my regular customers. Orders already booked in will be honoured and I will contact each customer personally to reassure them. It’s been a pleasure to bake for you all but now it’s time to say goodbye. Remember small businesses cannot survive when customers order but do not pay!

P.S. if anyone needs a freshly baked cake I have this one available only £10 to cover my costs

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE

Coronavirus!
In order to protect myself and customers against this virus I would ask customers where possible to pay for orders via Bank Transfer please. If you need to pay with cash could I ask that you put the correct amount of money into a cash box which I have available. These steps will help prevent physical contact. All food orders as usual will be wrapped or boxed. Health and hygiene guidelines are and will be carried out as required. Should you feel unwell I would ask you not to come to me. Delivery can be arranged where possible! If I become unwell I will cancel all orders. Thank you in advance for your co operation at this testing time 🙂
