We also provide care to people in their own homes from our 11 homecare branches throughout East Anglia and into Greater London, and live-in care across the East and South of England. Another day, another set of lovely trips out for our residents! 🚌

🎤🎸Residents at Romford Grange enjoyed a wonderful day out, filled with smiles and fun, with the highlight being a chance to meet the famous “Elvis” in town! It was a lovely opportunity to get out and about and enjoy a special experience together.

🎄☕️Meanwhile, residents at Bilney Hall visited Fakenham Garden Centre to get into the Christmas spirit! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed exploring the festive displays and catching a sneak peek at the Christmas lights, before finishing off the trip with a lovely lunch in the café.

Trips like these offer residents a wonderful change of scenery, the chance to explore familiar and new places. Whether it’s meeting someone unexpected or enjoying the magic of Christmas, these little adventures help make every day that bit more special! 💜

The Halloween Preparations Continue at The Manor House! 🎃👻

Following on from all the Halloween creativity happening across our homes, residents at The Manor House have also been busy getting ready for the spooky season!

They spent a lovely afternoon decorating pumpkins with colourful tissue paper, transforming them into bright and beautiful patchwork designs. These creative touches are helping get the home looking festive and Halloween-ready. Well done to everyone who took part! 🧡🕷️

Residents at Aldringham have been getting into the spooky spirit with a fun arts and crafts session, making their own Halloween decorations to put up around the home!

Residents enjoyed another lovely Art Club afternoon with Lina, getting creative with autumn and Halloween-inspired crafts! From trying new techniques to sharing their ideas, everyone had the chance to express themselves and show off their artistic talents. 👻🎃

What a wonderful morning at Handford House! 🫏💛

Residents and team members were delighted to welcome two very special visitors, Millie and Pixie, from Miniature Donkeys for Wellbeing! The adorable pair were an instant hit, bringing plenty of excitement, smiles and happy moments to everyone they met. It was such a lovely opportunity for residents to spend time with these gentle little donkeys, enjoy their company and experience the joy that animal visits can bring.

A trip down memory lane for Aldringham! 🚂

Yesterday, some of the residents at Aldringham enjoyed a lovely morning out at the Long Shop Museum in Leiston, where they explored the fascinating displays and took a closer look at some incredible pieces of history.

From vintage washing machines to impressive steam engines, there was plenty to spark interest and get everyone chatting!

It was a wonderful opportunity to discover something new, reminisce about days gone by and enjoy time together outside the home. 💙

The Manor House was full of music and dancing last week as the wonderful Chris Wilson got everyone in the party spirit!🎶💃

Residents were up on their feet, dancing along and having a fantastic time, with the Home Manager leading by example and showing off some moves on the dance floor too! 🕺

From toe-tapping tunes to getting everyone dancing, it was an afternoon full of fun and feel-good moments! 💙

Oktoberfest Fun at Bedhampton Court! 🥨

Residents came together for an afternoon packed with smiles, games, horse racing and plenty of sing-along favourites, from traditional German tunes to songs from The Sound of Music! 🏇🎤

Of course, no Oktoberfest celebration would be complete without some delicious treats, with hot dogs, pretzels and refreshing drinks adding to the fun! There were also plenty of photo opportunities along the way, giving everyone the chance to get involved and enjoy the festivities. 💜

Spooky season is in full swing across our homes!🧡

Our homes have been getting crafty and embracing all things Halloween! At Beaumont Park, residents got creative decorating their own little pumpkins, turning them into fun festive creations! 🎃

Meanwhile, at Kingsmead, residents have been busy making a giant spider just in time for Halloween! He’s already made himself at home and, although he’s not keen on joining in activities, he’s certainly a web design expert!🕸️🕷️

From pumpkin decorating to creepy-crawly creations, there’s plenty of Halloween magic happening across our homes! We wonder what other spooky surprises are lurking around the corner… 👀🧡

Following the celebrations at Barking Hall, Gordon, CEO of Healthcare Homes, also visited Uvedale Hall to present long-service awards to three wonderful members of the team. 💙
