What a weekend we had ! Almost 500 macarons sold at last weekend and this Christmas market marks the end of our journey for us!

Time to learn new skills and offer our lovely customers new product. We have enjoyed baking and delivering to you all, meeting new people and hearing your wows and positive feedback on our macarons.
We have almost sold out of our Christmas & New year boxes too

Our relationship with the French is not the best right now
And this is not politics
Even though you seem to do everything right and use the same French method for months , it fails for no obvious reason 🤨
So you take out your saucepan and start making the syrup for Italian method and hope that it will be right !
And it’s soo right .. so smooth and so vibrant
