That’s an average of 3 goals per game, which currently puts 312–313 goals right in the sweet spot for our competition predictions. 👀

But don’t start celebrating just yet! 🍾

Historically, scoring rates tend to slow down once the knockout stages begin, as teams become more cautious and every goal becomes that little bit more important. 😬

The winner will be the customer with the closest guess to the final total number of goals scored throughout all 104 matches.

⭐ Important Update ⭐

I wanted to let everyone know about a temporary price increase in the van.

At present, fish market prices are at record high levels that neither my dad nor I have experienced during our years in the trade. Unfortunately, alongside these unprecedented fish costs, I am also facing significant increases in both fuel and van hire expenses.

As a result, I have no option but to increase some of my prices to help cover these rising costs. I understand this is not welcome news, and I appreciate your understanding and continued support during this period.

I am hopeful that market conditions will settle over the coming weeks, and if wholesale costs begin to reduce, I will review prices accordingly.

To put the situation into perspective, the wholesale cost of haddock is now higher than the retail price I was selling it for just a few weeks ago.

Unfortunately I don’t have any cherries just now. The price has gone up by £14 per kg in the last week alone 🤯🤯. Hopefully this comes back down soon and I’ll restock them. Apologies to everyone that has messaged me wanting them but they are too expensive. 🙃
