What a weekend!! 🤩

We spent most of this week preparing for this weekend’s events, TWiltshire's Southern African Markett on SaturdayAndover SoapBox Derbybox Derby on Sunday!

Saturday’s market was incredibly busy and our new trailers very first outing so we were a little nervous. We sold gelato, smash burgers and boerie until there wasn’t a single boerie left to sell! Then today it was another double act of burgers, fries and gelato, with the gelato makingAndover Community Eventsswift exit too! 🍦🍔

A massive thank you to all the organisers, including Andover Community Events and Giraffe Crafts, for putting on yet another fantastic event and raising funds for a brilliant charity.

And thank you to everyone who came out to support us this weekend. Whether you stopped by for a burger, some boerie, a scoop of gelato or just to say hello, we appreciate every single one of you.

WOW! What a SoapBox Derby! 🤩

It had absolutely everything – thrills, spills, and some proper crashes! 🚗💨💥

A massive well done to all the teams that took part. The creativity, effort, bravery (and sometimes questionable driving! 😂) made the event what it was. You all put on an incredible show and kept the crowds entertained from start to finish.

A huge well done as well to Andover Community Events and all of the incredible volunteers who are probably still there clearing up. To put on an event of this scale completely FREE for the community is amazing, and we can't thank you enough.

The event was all in aid of Raising Twenty 1, a fantastic charity supporting people with Down syndrome, making the day even more special. ❤️

Ben, Pete and Dave absolutely loved being part of it and hopefully managed to entertain you all along the way! 🎤😄

Most importantly, a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, cheered, laughed, supported the event and helped make it such a brilliant day.

You're all legends! 👏🙌

Just wow!

I personally want to thank each and every one of you who has popped in the past few days. HUNDREDS of you!!!

I feel like I’ve spent the past month behind the gelato machine and the freezer has stayed emptied 😂 Each pan of Gelato is lovingly made from scratch in small batches - one little pan at a time.
We are so proud that we are one of the only independent gelato makers in the whole of Hampshire - I can’t shout about it enough, Andover deserves the absolute best!

Thank you so much for waiting so patiently when there’s a queue, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your patience while we try to serve you quickly, but still continuing to ensure you get the customer service you know and love as part of the big Travelling Cupcake family. You’re an important part of the story, after all!
