So, we’ve been baking a LOT over the past week, and currently, we’ve got a milder, slightly nutty sourdough.

I personally love a tangy version, but opinions are divided as to what everyone else prefers?

So - we are asking YOU - what is YOUR family preference?

We’ve been using a mix of duchyorganic and Canadian cotswoldflour and produced a really lovely loaf - these are getting snuffled by staff the moment they come out the oven 🤣 (huge compliment!)

I’m working on perfecting the tang - like anything, it takes patience (and many batches!) but in the meantime - who is up for trialling a free half loaf today for some feedback? (I say half a loaf at a time, as I’m cutting each one to ensure the crumb is perfect 🤣)

We have quite a few, and I’m happy to share in return for some feedback.
