I’ve enjoyed making a few family favourite cakes...but now it’s over to you...let me know your family favourites and (ingredients allowing!) I will get baking 😊

I would usually make a traditional simnel cake for Easter but due to a lack of marzipan that wasn’t possible this year 😔...

So, I have gone for another family favourite, a lightly spiced tea loaf - delicious on its own or spread with butter and/or jam....I know it’s not going to last long 😉

Yummy oaty biscuit base with a raspberry and coconut topping. Great with an afternoon cuppa!
