OMFG!!! I did it!!!! I did it!!! All alone in my little bakery with a little guidance and reassurance from my mentor and friends from class on WhatsApp but I did it!!!! Just as well really! Loads of you just as excited about real home baked panettone as me!!! Behold! My 1st solo flight was a success!!!! The most technical bake smashed by little old me💖

Day 4 of 4 Panettone masterclass completed! Now the real hard work begins!! Can I make them alone without the help of master baker and mentor to all of us flour junkies ?! Let’s see!!!😘. What an absolute pleasure it’s been learning from the best and making lots of new friends who all share a passion for baking! I feel like one lucky Lucy indeed!!
